Protein Pancakes
This easy protein pancake recipe is oil-free, dairy-free, and high in protein. It’s important that I try my best to give my family the best while still having the joy of comfort foods like pancakes.
Ingredients:
2 Cups Whole Wheat Pancake Mix (on occasion I will have whole wheat however it has to be only on occasion, I’ve recently switched to a different pancake mix I found on amazon that is my recent favorite.)

¼ Cup Water
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
Almond Milk until desired consistency
Directions:

- Mix well
- Slowly add almond milk a little at a time until the consistency of the mix is that of pancake mix.
Perfect for Snacking
These pancakes can be eaten warm, or stored in the refrigerator in a larger plastic freezer bag and available for snacking. I truly love this recipe and I usually try to find a way to add ingredients that offer health benefits.
