The Wholeistic Person is all about inspiring, encouraging, and supporting physical and spiritual well-being. I encourage you to be gentle with yourself and take a whole-body, whole-person approach.
I’ve walked through the fires of my own life and gotten through the other side!
Let’s Work Together
I help women see themselves as nothing less than warriors full of confidence. I provide women one-to-one nutrition counseling services to identify nutritional deficiencies leading to fatigue, digestive issues, and those who need basic meal planning for busy lives but want to provide nutrition to their families as well.
Here on the blog, I take the guesswork out of what to eat and what to make by providing you with free recipes that include nutrient-dense foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals. It’s all about the prep work which I help you with as well. Most recipes have options for meat-eaters.
Sneaking veggies into meals is another goal to help make mealtime a great experience for parents trying to give their families the best nutrition.
This is a journey to health and wellness. Nutrition is the foundational piece needed to clear the fog and focus on what’s most important to you.
You are the sum of ALL the parts (mind+body+soul), and it is important that the mind, body, and soul work together collectively as a team, so you can feel your best, and have the energy to complete your daily tasks, and make time for the things you love. This is what “holistic”, is all about. This is why I named this site “The Whole(istic) Person”; you are a WHOLE person.
Holistic nutrition is not just about the food which was the biggest takeaway for me after becoming certified. It is how we feed and nourish our minds, our emotional well-being, as well as our bodies.
A Certified Holistic Nutritionist, blogger, wife, and mom. I finally threw the migraine medicine in the trash and started living a healthier lifestyle to stop feeling sick.
Here at “The Wholeistic Person” it’s all about helping women experiencing symptoms of fatigue, low energy, and digestive concerns.
I help women improve their well-being from the inside-out by providing them with meal planning support, nutrition counseling to identify nutrient deficiencies found in their diet, and a spiritual healing approach, including intuitive eating.
I teach and encourage women to be gentle with themselves through a holistic healing approach.
The Wholeistic Person
Throughout my healing journey, there has been so many mind, body, soul connections I have learned.
I’ve learned to reach a little closer to a life of peace, serenity, and health. It is important to incorporate natural practices into our daily lives, to the best of our ability.
I think because I am the oldest of three women; I feel a responsibility to share what I have learned with other women.
Read, gain knowledge, and implement that which will positively impact your life. Walk away from things that dim your light. Learn to create boundaries and do what makes you happy.
Make sure that your priority list makes YOU happy not everyone else. My biggest inspirations are the women in my family whom I cherish. I look up to them day by day for their immense strength, perseverance, ambitious, and loving souls.
It is important to take care of your body from the inside, in order to feel, and do your best on the outside. When you focus on your body, it is a domino effect of feeling good and creating a positive attitude.
When you have bright energy and a great attitude, it will create the right energies wanting to surround you.
