Hi, I’m glad you’re here! I’m Sandy a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and creator of The Wholeistic Person.
I take the guesswork out of what to eat and what to make by providing you with free recipes that include nutrient-dense foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals. It’s all about the prep work which I help you with as well. Most recipes have options for meat-eaters.

I help women see themselves as nothing less than warriors full of confidence. I provide women one-to-one nutrition counseling services to identify nutritional deficiencies leading to fatigue, digestive issues, and those who need basic meal planning for busy lives but want to provide nutrition to their families as well.
Sneaking veggies into meals is another aspect I try to add whenever possible to help make mealtime a great experience for parents trying to give their families the best nutrition.
